La Porte Community Public Library’s architects transformed a former telephone switchboard building into a new space for maker activities and collaboration.

Designers specified 3branch maker flex tables with maple butcher block tops for the maker spaces and meeting rooms. Users can adjust the table height with a turn of a handle. Staff can flip, roll and nest tables to open up space.

Our original maker tables with butcher block top and welded frame base hold heavy-duty equipment like digital printers. Tables are on durable locking casters to allow for flexibility.
